One of the ranges of our Fair trade incense is provided by Greater Goods - a small family run company. They arrange for the import of amazing incenses made by The Mothers Ashram, so that we can all enjoy high quality incense without the worry of its ethical production. The Mother's Fragrances Incense is produced by the Mother's Commerce Company in Pondicherry, India. The Mother's Commerce Company provides excellent employment for over 700 people, mainly women. Wages paid are above the minimum wage and far above the industry's average. Work is done in well ventilated and spacious areas. Workers also benefit from medical insurance and a savings scheme. For workers who live at some distance from the units there is a bicycle project, which gives the women great freedom and independence. The excellent working conditions under which The Mother's Fragrances Incense is made have led to Greater Goods' accreditation as a Fair Trade importer by the British Assocation of Fair Trade Shops (BAFTS)

Little Sanctuary designs and produces a fabulous range of natural, traditional incenses but we also offer you the opportunity to make your own by providing a large range of herbs, resins, roots, berries, barks and flowers. If you are not feeling creative at the time, why not ask our dedicated team to create a blend especially for you? You can have a blend created especially for you, for a friend or family member, for a special occassion or for a specific purpose. We have created incense blends for weddings, handfastings, cronings, birthdays, space clearings, house blessings, meditation and initiation rites... all kinds of people, in all walks of life. We can work with suggestions or simply design something appropriate for you using numerology, astrology or divination.
We also create herbal blends (for magickal purposes only - not for ingesting!) These blends can be used to assist in peaceful sleep, relaxation, meditation, boosting confidence or self esteem, aiding in improving relationships, clearing homes and offices of unwanted energies and much more! The limits are imagination alone, so do not hesitate to ask us. If we can help, we will.
Please be aware that blends cannot be made while you wait as they take time to blend and prepare. We will offer a mail order service for the minimal cost of postage and packing if this helps, and we are happy to take orders via letter, email or phone for a pick up at a later date. We will do everything we can to create your bespoke products quickly and efficiently, and will inform you of time schedules when using lunar influences within the blends.
